Consulting

Bring me in for the room, the program, or the rollout.

I take on a small number of consulting engagements a year, focused on employee experience: L&D, engagement, and AI enablement. Here are the shapes that work best.

01Ways to work together

Workshop / Facilitation

1–3 days

A specific room I run for you: a manager offsite, a leadership session, an AI-adoption workshop, a working session that needs to land. I diagnose, design, and facilitate.

Program Design

1–3 months

A learning program, an engagement initiative, or an AI enablement rollout, built from diagnosis through pilot. You get the strategy, the curriculum, the operating model, and the measurement.

Fractional / Embedded

3–6+ months

An ongoing partnership where I sit inside your team as an EX / L&D / enablement lead. Best when you need senior program leadership without a full-time hire.

Advisory

Ongoing

Monthly working sessions with a founder, People leader, or L&D lead. Thinking-partner-plus-facilitator for the decisions and rooms that matter most.

02How I work

Diagnose first

Before I propose a solution I talk to the humans involved. Most enablement work fails at the diagnosis, not the delivery.

Design for adoption

I build programs the way I facilitate rooms, with attention to the people who have to use them. Beautiful decks that no one runs are not a deliverable.

Leave you stronger

I document, train, and hand off. My goal is a team that runs the program better without me than they could have with anyone else.

03Let's talk

Tell me what you’re working on. I’ll tell you if I can help.
